If you are new to the Trade, or have less than 5-years of experience, our Apprenticeship Training Program will move you to Journeyman status (a Skilled Worker ready for employment.) We'll even help place you into a position! The Apprenticeship Program requires you to attend class for 3.5 hours 2-nights a week. Once your Apprenticeship Training is complete, you will officially receive Journeyman status with United Association Local 538. To become a Journeyman you will need:

• 5+ years of verifiable experience in your field(s)
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
• A Valid Driver’s License
• Dependable transportation
